In this full-day masterclass, you will learn the core techniques behind making high-quality tarts — from the pastry base to the fillings and finishes:

This is a partially hands-on workshop:
I will demonstrate certain techniques first, sharing my professional approach and insights. You will also have the opportunity to work hands-on at various stages throughout the day to deepen your understanding and gain practical experience.

About Faye
I’m Faye Palmqvist — a professionally trained pastry chef with more than 20 years of experience in fine patisserie and baking.
I trained at Le Cordon Bleu in London and have worked in professional kitchens, run my own patisserie, and taught both home bakers and professionals.

Due to the small size of these classes and the preparation required, the following cancellation terms apply:

If you cancel more than 14 days before your booked workshop date, you may request a full refund or transfer to another available date (subject to availability).

If you cancel 14 days or fewer before your booked workshop date, or do not attend on the day, your fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
This is because ingredients and preparation are committed in advance, and places are limited.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send someone in your place — please contact me to arrange this in advance.
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel the workshop, a full refund will be offered, or you may transfer to another date.
