Digital Products

All products sold on this website are digital downloads. Upon completing payment you will receive access to your purchased files via a secure download link delivered to the email address provided at checkout.

It is your responsibility to ensure you provide a correct and active email address at the point of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect email address.

Download links are time-limited. If you experience difficulty accessing your download please contact us at hello@fayepalmqvist.com and we will assist you.

No Refund Policy

Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital product delivery, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and the download link has been issued.
