Faye Palmqvist

I’m a pastry chef trained at Le Cordon Bleu, with over 15 years of experience — from five-star hotel kitchens to my own pâtisserie in Chester.  The photos you see throughout this page are all of my work in my pâtisserie.

I now teach both home bakers and hospitality teams how to create elegant, seasonal desserts using meaningful technique and thoughtful ingredients.

My goal is to help you bake with greater confidence, purpose, and enjoyment — and to share recipes that honour where our food comes from.
