This month’s box is inspired by Swedish Midsummer — a modern reimagining of the iconic Prinsesstårta.

Raspberry, Vanilla & Almond Compressed Éclair
Featuring:

Vanilla bean pastry cream
Raspberry compote
Raspberry ganache
Almond mousse
Marzipan and fresh raspberry décor

+ One surprise accompaniment — a sweet petit four, biscuit, pâte de fruit or seasonal confection.

Each box is handmade in small batches to ensure quality and exclusivity. Once sold out, it will not be restocked.
